After years of dedicated learning and skill development, we sought to share our insights without requiring an online session. Our mission became to provide simple, at-home educational tools for individuals interested in exploring wellness patterns and making informed lifestyle choices.

The VoiceWise  was developed to provide insights using Energetic Wellness. After sharing the report with our community, we realized the best way for individuals to integrate wellness practices was through interactive and immersive education.

As a result, we now include two Live Online Health Masterclasses plus access to Future Speaker Nights.

Step 1: Explore Wellness Through Hydration 

  • Heat Water
    Boil high-quality water (distilled or reverse osmosis) in a glass or stainless steel kettle.
  • Half & Half
    Mix half a cup of boiling water with half a cup of room temperature water for immediate drinking, like a morning hug from the inside

Hydration Matters

  • Consider This With Water
    Water plays a crucial role in overall well-being. Hydration needs vary by age and individual factors, but general research suggests that adults may benefit from approximately 80 oz. of water daily to support various bodily functions, including cognitive performance.
  • Some studies indicate that even 1% dehydration may correlate with a 5% decrease in cognitive function.
  • If your daily water intake is significantly lower than 80 oz, increasing hydration may help support overall wellness.

  • "Quality" May Be More Than You Think
    In Steps 1 & 2, you adjusted the temperature and volume of your water. Now, let's consider water’s role in wellness practices. Some traditions suggest that writing intentions, affirmations, or prayers and placing them beneath a water glass overnight may enhance personal mindfulness.
